The Anti-Corruption Headquarters continues to receive reports of violations during the vaccination campaign from COVID-19.

In one of the latest cases, we have received a forwarded message from one of the Ukrainian IT companies and informed about the invitation for employees to register and get vaccinated in May. According to some employees of the company, it is inappropriate for them to carry out semi-secret vaccination in conditions when even medical workers are not fully vaccinated.

Moreover, such mass vaccinations are contrary to the Vaccination Roadmap approved by the Ministry of Health — IT companies are not among any of the priority groups in terms of access to the vaccine at the current stage of the campaign.

We asked the Ministry to explain the legal grounds for the supply of vaccines and mass vaccination of employees of private IT companies. We will inform you about the response of the Ministry of Health in our next publications.

Ukraine is currently in the second stage of the vaccination campaign. This means that vaccinations can be given to doctors working with COVID-19 patients, the military, the police, rescuers, social workers, health workers, workers and city homes for the elderly, the elderly over the age of 80, and other educators.
